    "Guru Nanak Dev Ji: The Complete Life of the Founder of Sikhism, Who Taught One God, One Humanity, and Honest Living": "गुरु नानक देव जी: सिख धर्म के संस्थापक का संपूर्ण जीवन, जिन्होंने एक ईश्वर, एक मानवता और ईमानदार जीवन जीना सिखाया",
    "In an age torn apart by religious division, caste hatred, empty ritual, and the oppression of women and the poor, one man walked the length of the known world with a single, revolutionary message: there is one God, all human beings are equal, and true worship is honest work, sharing with others, and remembering the divine. Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism, lived that message so completely that he changed millions of lives. This is his life in full, and the timeless lessons of equality and service it teaches.": "धार्मिक विभाजन, जातिगत घृणा, खोखले अनुष्ठान और महिलाओं और गरीबों के उत्पीड़न से टूटे हुए युग में, एक व्यक्ति एक क्रांतिकारी संदेश के साथ ज्ञात दुनिया की लंबाई तक चला: एक ईश्वर है, सभी मनुष्य समान हैं, और सच्ची पूजा ईमानदार काम, दूसरों के साथ साझा करना और परमात्मा को याद करना है। ,
    "More than five hundred years ago, in a land bitterly divided by religion, crushed by the cruelty of the caste system, tangled in empty rituals, and unjust to women and the poor, a man stood up and spoke words that must have sounded almost impossible: \"There is no Hindu, there is no Muslim.\" He did not mean that faiths did not exist — he meant that in the eyes of the One God, all these labels were secondary, and that every human being is equal, and beloved, and one. That man was Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism and the first of its ten Gurus, and his message of unity, equality, and honest, loving living went on to shape the lives of millions and to found a great world religion.": "पांच सौ साल से भी अधिक समय पहले, धर्म द्वारा बुरी तरह विभाजित, जाति व्यवस्था की क्रूरता से कुचली हुई, खोखली रीति-रिवाजों में उलझी हुई, महिलाओं और गरीबों के साथ अन्याय करने वाली भूमि में, एक आदमी खड़ा हुआ और ऐसे शब्द बोले जो लगभग असंभव लग रहे होंगे: \"कोई हिंदू नहीं है, कोई मुस्लिम नहीं है। ,
    "What makes Guru Nanak extraordinary is not only what he taught but how deeply practical and revolutionary it was. He rejected the discrimination and superstition of his time, insisted that the poorest and the highest were equal, gave women dignity in an age that denied it, and taught that the truest worship is not ritual but honest work, generous sharing, and constant remembrance of God. He built a community where prince and pauper sat on the same floor and ate the same food. This is his life, told with respect, and the timeless lessons it holds for people of every faith and none.": "गुरु नानक को जो चीज़ असाधारण बनाती है वह न केवल वह है जो उन्होंने सिखाई बल्कि वह कितनी गहराई से व्यावहारिक और क्रांतिकारी थी। ,

    "Guru Nanak was born in 1469 in the village of Talwandi (now called Nankana Sahib, in present-day Pakistan), in the Punjab. Even as a boy he was unusually thoughtful and spiritual, drawn to deep questions about God and truth, and quietly unwilling to accept things simply because everyone else did. Where others performed rituals mechanically, young Nanak asked what they actually meant.": "गुरु नानक का जन्म पंजाब के तलवंडी गाँव (जिसे अब ननकाना साहिब कहा जाता है) में हुआ था। ,
    "A famous story from his childhood captures this. When he was to undergo the traditional ceremony of wearing the sacred thread (janeu), the young Nanak reportedly refused, asking why he should wear a mere cotton thread that could break, get dirty, or burn — and suggesting instead that the \"thread\" worth wearing was one woven from compassion, contentment, and truth, a thread of good character that death itself could not snap. Already, as a child, he was pointing past the outer show of religion to its inner heart.": "उनके बचपन की एक प्रसिद्ध कहानी इस बात को दर्शाती है। ,
    "The lesson: Look past the ritual to the meaning. From childhood, Guru Nanak refused to mistake outer ceremony for real goodness, and asked what truly matters. In your own life and beliefs, keep asking that question: is this practice cultivating genuine kindness, truth, and character — or is it just an empty show? Real spirituality, and real integrity, live in how you treat people and who you become, not in appearances.": "सबक: अनुष्ठान से परे अर्थ को देखें। ,
"The Awakening by the River": "नदी द्वारा जागृति",
    "As a young man, Nanak worked honestly — for a time as a storekeeper — married, and raised a family, showing that a spiritual life does not require abandoning ordinary responsibilities. But his heart was always turned toward God. Then came the transforming moment of his life. One morning, near the town of Sultanpur, he went to bathe in the river Bein and did not return for three days. His family feared he had drowned.": "एक युवा व्यक्ति के रूप में, नानक ने ईमानदारी से काम किया - कुछ समय के लिए एक स्टोरकीपर के रूप में - शादी की, और एक परिवार का पालन-पोषण किया, जिससे पता चला कि आध्यात्मिक जीवन के लिए सामान्य जिम्मेदारियों को छोड़ने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। ,
    "When he reappeared, he was transformed by a profound spiritual experience, and he spoke the words that would define his entire mission: \"There is no Hindu, there is no Muslim.\" In a society where these divisions ran deep and often bloody, it was a breathtaking declaration of the oneness of God and the equality of all human beings. From that day, Nanak devoted his life to sharing this message: that there is One God, the creator of all, who belongs to no single religion and loves every person equally — rich or poor, high-caste or \"untouchable,\" man or woman, Hindu or Muslim.": "जब वह दोबारा प्रकट हुए, तो एक गहन आध्यात्मिक अनुभव से उनमें परिवर्तन आ गया और उन्होंने ऐसे शब्द बोले जो उनके पूरे मिशन को परिभाषित करेंगे: \"कोई हिंदू नहीं है, कोई मुस्लिम नहीं है। ,
    "The lesson: Beneath all our labels, we are one human family. Guru Nanak's central truth — that every person is equal and beloved regardless of religion, caste, wealth, or gender — is as urgent today as it was five centuries ago. Refuse the divisions that set human beings against one another. Whatever your own faith or background, treat every person you meet as your equal, because in the deepest sense, they are.": "सबक: अपने सभी लेबलों के नीचे, हम एक मानव परिवार हैं। ,
    "The Great Journeys": "महान यात्राएँ",
    "Guru Nanak did not sit in one place waiting for people to come to him. To spread his message, he set out on a series of long journeys — called the Udasis — that took him across the length and breadth of India and far beyond, reportedly reaching places as distant as Mecca, Baghdad, and Sri Lanka. For roughly two decades he walked and taught, meeting people of every religion and station, challenging hollow rituals, superstition, and hypocrisy wherever he found them, and offering his message of one God and human equality.": "गुरु नानक एक जगह बैठकर लोगों के उनके पास आने का इंतज़ार नहीं करते थे। ,
    "Beautifully, his closest companion on these journeys was Bhai Mardana, a Muslim musician, who set the Guru's hymns to music. A Hindu-born teacher and a Muslim companion, travelling together for years to preach the unity of all people — their very partnership was the message. Guru Nanak challenged the powerful and comforted the humble, always pointing people away from empty forms toward a life of honesty, humility, and love.": "ख़ूबसूरती से, इन यात्राओं में उनके सबसे करीबी साथी भाई मर्दाना थे, जो एक मुस्लिम संगीतकार थे, जिन्होंने गुरु के भजनों को संगीत में पिरोया। ,
    "The lesson: Live your message, don't just preach it. Guru Nanak's lifelong friendship with a Muslim companion embodied the unity he taught — his life and his words were one. The most powerful teaching is a life that matches its words. Whatever you believe about how people should treat one another, the surest way to spread it is to live it visibly, especially across the lines that divide people.": "सबक: अपना संदेश जियो, सिर्फ उपदेश मत दो। ,
    "Three Pillars for a Good Life": "अच्छे जीवन के तीन स्तंभ",
    "Guru Nanak's spirituality was intensely practical — not about withdrawing from the world into caves and rituals, but about living rightly within it. He summed up the good life in three simple, powerful principles that Sikhs follow to this day:": "गुरु नानक की आध्यात्मिकता अत्यधिक व्यावहारिक थी - दुनिया से गुफाओं और अनुष्ठानों में जाने के बारे में नहीं, बल्कि इसके भीतर सही ढंग से रहने के बारे में।
    "Naam Japo — Remember God. Keep the Divine in your heart and mind; live with awareness of and gratitude to the One who made all.": "नाम जपो - भगवान को याद करो। ,
    "Kirat Karo — Earn an honest living. Work hard and make your living by honest means, never by cheating, exploiting, or begging. Honest labour is itself a form of worship.": "किरत करो - ईमानदारी से जीवनयापन करो। ,
    "Vand Chhako — Share with others. Give a portion of what you honestly earn to those in need. A good life is not just about earning, but about sharing.": "वंड छको - दूसरों के साथ साझा करें। ,
    "This was a revolutionary, grounded vision: that you serve God best not by fleeing the world, but by working honestly, sharing generously, and keeping a loving heart in the midst of ordinary life.": "यह एक क्रांतिकारी, ज़मीनी दृष्टिकोण था: कि आप दुनिया से भागकर नहीं, बल्कि ईमानदारी से काम करके, उदारतापूर्वक साझा करके और सामान्य जीवन के बीच एक प्रेमपूर्ण हृदय रखकर ईश्वर की सर्वोत्तम सेवा करें।",
    "The lesson: A meaningful life is built on honest work, generous sharing, and a grateful heart. Guru Nanak's three pillars are a complete, timeless recipe for living well, for anyone of any belief: earn your bread honestly, share it with those who have less, and stay humble and grateful. You do not have to abandon the world to live a holy life — you have to live rightly within it.": "सबक: एक सार्थक जीवन ईमानदार काम, उदार साझाकरण और कृतज्ञ हृदय पर बनता है। ,
    "Langar: Equality You Could Taste": "लंगर: समानता का स्वाद आप चख सकते हैं",
    "Perhaps the most beautiful and radical of all Guru Nanak's creations was the langar — the free community kitchen. In his community at Kartarpur, where he settled in his later years, everyone who came was fed a free meal, and — this was the revolutionary part — everyone sat together on the same floor, in the same row, and ate the same food, regardless of caste, religion, wealth, or status.": "शायद गुरु नानक की सभी रचनाओं में सबसे सुंदर और मौलिक रचना थी लंगर - निःशुल्क सामुदायिक रसोई। ,
    "In an age when caste rules forbade people even from sharing food or sitting together, this was an earthquake. A king and a beggar, a Brahmin and an \"untouchable,\" a Hindu and a Muslim, a man and a woman — all sat side by side as equals and broke bread together. The langar turned the abstract idea of human equality into something you could see, touch, and taste. It continues in Sikh gurdwaras across the world to this day, feeding millions of people of every background, free, every single day.": "ऐसे युग में जब जाति के नियम लोगों को भोजन साझा करने या एक साथ बैठने से भी रोकते थे, यह एक भूकंप था। ,
    "The lesson: Turn your ideals into concrete acts of service. Guru Nanak did not just say all people are equal — he built a kitchen where they had to sit together and eat as equals. Ideals mean little until they become action. Ask how you can make your values real and practical: feed someone, sit with those others exclude, serve without asking who deserves it. Equality practised at a shared table is worth more than equality merely preached.": "सीख: अपने आदर्शों को सेवा के ठोस कार्यों में बदलें। ,
    "Dignity for Women, and Merit Over Birth": "महिलाओं के लिए गरिमा, और जन्म से अधिक योग्यता",
    "Guru Nanak's revolution extended to those his society most demeaned. In a time when women were treated as inferior, he powerfully defended their dignity, famously asking why anyone should call inferior the woman who gives birth to kings and to all of humanity. He insisted on the spiritual equality of women and men — a startlingly progressive stand for the fifteenth century.": "गुरु नानक की क्रांति का विस्तार उन लोगों तक हुआ जिन्हें उनके समाज ने सबसे अधिक अपमानित किया था। ,
    "And when it came time to choose who would carry his mission forward, Guru Nanak made another quietly radical choice. Rather than handing leadership to one of his own sons by right of birth, he chose the most worthy and devoted of his followers, Bhai Lehna, whom he renamed Guru Angad, to be his successor. Merit and devotion, not heredity, would guide the community. Guru Nanak passed away in 1539 at Kartarpur, but the path he opened would be carried forward by nine Gurus after him and would grow into one of the world's great faiths.": "और जब यह चुनने का समय आया कि उनके मिशन को कौन आगे बढ़ाएगा, तो गुरु नानक ने चुपचाप एक और क्रांतिकारी विकल्प चुना। ,
    "The lesson: Judge people by their worth, not by their birth or gender. Guru Nanak honoured women's dignity and chose his successor for devotion rather than bloodline. Refuse the prejudices that rank human beings by things they did not choose — gender, caste, family. Value people for their character, effort, and heart, and give opportunity to the deserving, whoever they are.": "सबक: लोगों को उनके मूल्य से आंकें, उनके जन्म या लिंग से नहीं। ,
    "Why his life matters to you": "उसका जीवन आपके लिए क्यों मायने रखता है?",
"Guru Nanak Dev Ji's life carries a message that belongs to all of humanity, whatever one's faith:\n that every human being is equal and beloved, that true worship is honest work and generous\n service rather than empty ritual, and that we should look past every label to the one human family\n beneath. He rejected caste and superstition, honoured women and the poor, and built a shared\n table where enemies became equals. He teaches us to seek meaning over show, to live our ideals rather\n than merely preach them, to earn honestly and share freely, and to treat every person with dignity. His\n life is a call, five centuries strong, to be humble, honest, generous, and kind.
